Highlands Hospital in Pennsylvania Planning Autism Center to Increase Revenue

Highland Hospital in Connellsville, Pa., is planning to open an autism center modeled on Cleveland Clinic's autism program, according to a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report.

Hospital officials hope the new autism center will help increase revenue. The hospital's autism center, which is projected to open in September, will start with eight students with the potential to help 30 students at one time. Students' school districts will pay for tuition, according to the news report.
