Wolters Kluwer taps IT exec to lead health language business 

Waltham, Mass.-based Wolters Kluwer Health has appointed Anne Donovan vice president and general manager of the organization's health language business.

Ms. Donovan will oversee the expansion of the sector's data management product lines  to help payers and providers better identify care access barriers and health risks in patient populations, a Dec. 8 news release shared with Becker's said. 

"Anne's strong applied analytics and health data background will move the business forward with innovative solutions to help customers tackle immediate interoperability challenges while adopting value-based payment models, risk adjustment and population health initiatives," said Karen Kobelski, vice president and general manager, clinical surveillance, compliance and data solutions at Wolters Kluwer Health.

Ms. Donovan most recently served as senior vice president of client success and COO of the payments division at Zelis, a healthcare payments company based in Bedminster, N.J., the news release said.

Wolters Kluwer recently announced other changes to its leadership.
