1. Ms. Parks, who assumed her new role May 13, was previously CFO, ethics and compliance officer and chief staffing officer at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky.
2. She has 18 years of healthcare leadership experience.
3. She is a certified public accountant and a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
