Valinda Rutledge Named CEO of Jewish Hospital, KentuckyOne Market Leader

Valinda Rutledge has been named president of Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky., and leader of parent company KentuckyOne Health's Louisville market.

Ms. Rutledge will assume her responsibilities with KentuckyOne and Jewish Hospital July 23. She comes from CMS, where she served as the director of Patient Care Models Group for the Center for Innovation. Ms. Rutledge led the development and implementation of the National Bundled Payment Initiative.

Prior to CMS, Ms. Rutledge spent time as CEO of CaroMont Health in Gastonia, N.C., and Bon Secours Saint Francis Health System in Greenville, S.C.

The non-profit KentuckyOne was formed when Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare and Saint Joseph Health System merged earlier this year.
