Tyler-based UT Health East Texas has selected Tracy O'Daniel as division vice president of quality, the academic health system announced Feb. 4.
Ms. O'Daniel is being promoted from division director of quality, risk and patient safety.
Since joining UT Health East Texas in August 2018, she has played a key role in projects across quality, safety, performance, outcomes and care for the 10-hospital organization, the health system said.
She previously served as clinical operations manager in the office of patient experience at Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare.
