Michael Rotondo, MD, FACS, has been named CEO of 1,000-physician University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Faculty Group, effective July 1.
In addition to serving as the URMFG's CEO, Dr. Rotondo will also become senior associate dean of clinical affairs, professor of surgery and a member of the University of Rochester Medical Center division of trauma in the department of surgery.
Dr. Rotondo earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
