Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview has named Laura Reed chief nursing executive, effective March 11.
Ms. Reed most recently served as senior vice president of patient care services and CNO of Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Ms. Reed has a master's degree in nursing and a MBA from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
