Johnson City, Tenn.-based Mountain States Health Alliance announced the appointment of Tracy Byers as administrator of Unicoi County Memorial Hospital in Erwin, Tenn., effective Sept. 9.
Mr. Byers currently serves as COO of Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Okla.
