Toni R. Ardabell has been promoted to CEO of Bon Secours Richmond (Va.) Health System, effective Jan. 1, 2015.
Ms. Ardabell will also continue in her current role as CEO of St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond and St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Va., and will report to Peter J. Bernard, Bon Secours Virginia Health System CEO. Mr. Bernard was previously CEO for Bon Secours Richmond and Bon Secours Virginia.
Ms. Ardabell joined Bon Secours in 2009 as CEO of Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital. This year, she also became responsible for overseeing St. Francis Medical Center.
Prior to her roles at Bon Secours, Ms. Ardabell served as COO of Inova Fairfax (Va.) Hospital and Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children and vice president of Inova Fairfax Hospital's 2015 capital improvement program. She currently serves on the Richmond and regional boards of the American Heart Association, the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce Foundation board and the Bon Secours Richmond Foundation board.
