Tom Jackson has been named CEO of Tomball (Texas) Regional Medical Center, replacing Bud Wethington, who is accepting Mr. Jackson's former job as CEO of College Station (Texas) Medical Center, according to an article in the Community Impact Newspaper.
Mr. Jackson has served as CEO of College Station Medical Center for the past 17 years and will be assuming his position at Tomball Regional Medical Center later this summer, according to the article.
"Under his tenure, Jackson oversaw two major facility expansions, opened the area's only level III [neonatal intensive care unit], developing an integrated medical campus with [College Station-based] Texas A&M University Health Science Center and introduced robotic surgery," Tomball Regional Medical Center Marketing Director Kris Muller told the Community Impact Newspaper.
