Three executives from 69-bed Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho, have resigned, according to a Standard Journal report.
CEO David B. Rowe and CNO Cass Belding resigned effective May 20; CFO Greg Hexem resigned on May 6.
COO Rachel Gonzales, DM, RN, RODP, will serve as interim administrator while the board searches for a new CEO.
