The Christ Hospital Health Network, based in Cincinnati, has named Paul Gelter as vice president and chief administrative officer.
In his new role, Mr. Gelter will serve as the strategic leader in the areas of human resources, organizational development and legal 
services/risk management. He will also serve as the strategic leader for The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Prior to joining The Christ Hospital Health Network, Mr. Gelter helped build infrastructure at TiER 1 Performance Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in change management. In that role, he helped build a human resources function. In the past, he has served as COO of American Modern Insurance Group.
Mr. Gelter earned a MBA in information systems from the University of Michigan.
