Amarillo, Texas-based Northwest Texas Healthcare System has named Cheryl Jones human resources director, according to a Nov. 11 news release shared with Becker's.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Jones served as vice president of human resources at Amarillo (Texas) College. She also served as vice president of human resources for Amarillo-based BSA Health System, according to her LinkedIn page.
Northwest Texas Healthcare System is a 495-bed academic teaching facility that includes an Amarillo-based 85-bed behavioral health hospital. It has more than 2,000 employees, the release said.
