Tenet Healthcare in Dallas has announced CFO Biggs Porter is leaving to serve as CFO of Fluor Corp., an engineering and construction company, effective March 30.
Mr. Porter has been Tenet's CFO since June 2006. Tenet's current president and CEO, Trevor Fetter, will act as CFO on an interim basis in addition to his other duties.
