Susan Conley has been appointed CEO of DeKalb Community Hospital in Smithsville, Tenn., and Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, Tenn., effective Oct. 1.
Both hospitals are part of the Capella-Saint Thomas system of hospitals, a joint venture between Capella Healthcare in Franklin, Tenn., and Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, Tenn.
Ms. Conley has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She previously served as CEO of Summit Medical Center in Van Buren, Ark. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
