Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health System has named Erik Steele, DO, as its new CMO, effective June 24.
Dr. Steele previously served as senior vice president, chief administrative officer and CMO of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems in Brewer.
At Summa, Dr. Steele will advance physician alignment and oversee service line integration, among other duties.
Dr. Steele earned his DO from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.
