St. Vincent's Health System in Birmingham, Ala., has named Sean Tinney as president and COO of St. Vincent's East in Birmingham, according to a Birmingham News report.
Most recently, Mr. Tinney served as president of rural hospital operations for St. Vincent's Health System. Prior to that, he was president and COO of St. Vincent's Blount in Oneonta, Ala.
