St. Peter's Hospital in Helena, Mont., has named a new COO and chief experience officer, as well as a new vice president of nursing.
Ann Kjosa, RN, MHM, FACHE, was named the COO and chief experience officer, effective April 1. She will be responsible for strategic plan development and physician relations. As chief experience officer, or CXO, she will ensure all aspects of St. Peter's delivery system consistently meet or exceed patient, physician and associate expectations.
Heather O'Hara, RN, MSN, was named vice president of nursing. She previously served as St. Peter's interim vice president of nursing, manager of staff development, clinical nurse educator and surgical/pediatrics/oncology unit director.
