St. Louis-based SSM Health Care is proud to announce Frank L. Lucia has been named president and CEO of Dean Health Plan, effective immediately.
Mr. Lucia has been with Dean Health Plan since 2007, where he's served as senior vice president and chief financial and operations officer. He succeeds Lon Sprecher, who retired from the post in May.
