Southern Humboldt Healthcare District, based in Garberville, Calif., has offered current administrator Harry Jasper a new contract, according to a Redwood Times report.
The new contract was designed to serve as a template for future administrators as well as settle the terms and conditions of Mr. Jasper's new 30-month term. Terms under the new contract include an annual review of Mr. Jasper's performance and $180,000 annual salary. The contract also outlines that Mr. Jasper's role as administrator covers both CEO- and CFO-type responsibilities.
