JoDee Tittle, CEO of Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in Bandon, Ore., is resigning, effective Nov. 16, according to The World.
Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. Tittle is leaving to take on the CEO role at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, Calif.
2. She attributed the decision to difficulties faced by her family, "who found the transition to the coastal climate challenging," according to a letter Ms. Tittle sent to the board, which was obtained by The World.
3. She became CEO of Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in January 2017 and was initially hired for a three-year term.
4. Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center's board will hold a special meeting Oct. 10 to discuss leadership transition plans.
