Brunswick, Ga.-based Southeast Georgia Health System selected Kelli Reale to serve as its new vice president of human resources.

1. Most recently, Ms. Reale served as the assistant vice president of talent acquisition at Inova Health System in Falls Church, Va.
2. She previously served as assistant vice president of HR for Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church.
3. She holds a master's degree in public policy and management, personnel management and labor relations from University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
