Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth has named Soniya Fidler president of Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, Colo.
Ms. Fidler has served as interim president of the hospital since Frank May retire at the end of 2018.
Ms. Fidler previously served as COO of the medical center for three years, overseeing new partnerships with Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute in Steamboat Springs to build an ASC and with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
She has worked at the hospital since 2005, serving in several leadership roles, including chief human resources and compliance officer.
Ms. Fidler holds a master's degree in organizational leadership-human resources management from Regis University in Denver.
