James Tyler is the new CEO of Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, Va., part of Johnson City, Tenn.-based Mountain States Health Alliance.
Mr. Tyler comes to SCCH from Carilion Giles Community Hospital in Pearisburg, Va. He served as the hospital's CEO for 10 years. Before that, Mr. Tyler served as CEO of Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, Ga.
