Ms. Shears most recently served as director of nursing operations at the hospital.
RWJ Rahway is a member of the Robert Wood Johnson Health System, which includes Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick and Hamilton, Children's Specialized Hospital and now Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset.
