Sister Mary Dorothea Sondgeroth, president of St. Dominic Health Services in Jackson, Miss., will be retiring at the end of this year, according to a Clarion Ledger report.
Sister Sondgeroth has been serving at the hospital for almost 50 years, serving the last 16 years as president. She will continue serving on the St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital board and contribute to the hospital's fundraising efforts after her retirement.
