Chicago-based Presence Health CFO John Orsini has resigned and is expected to join Winfield, Ill.-based Cadence Health, according to a report by Crain's Chicago Business.
Tony Flier, Presence COO, will replace Mr. Orsini as the system's CFO, according to the report.
Cadence Health has been searching for a CFO since Jim Spear retired from the position in July.
