Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health has named Mark Shaker president and CEO of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, according to a Middletown Journal report.
Mr. Shaker currently serves as senior vice president of service integration at Premier, and he will begin his new role at the beginning of 2014.
Premier Health also named Tom Parker system vice president of service lines for the network, effective 2014. Mr. Parker currently serves as president and CEO of Upper Valley Medical Center in Tory, Ohio.
Becky Rice, who currently serves as vice president of operations at Upper Valley Medical Center, has been named the new president and CEO of the medical center.
