Mr. Hogan has 32 years of accounting and financial experience. For the last 25 years, Mr. Hogan served as CFO of several community hospitals, according to the report.
Mr. Hogan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of CPAs and the Healthcare Financial Management Association, according to the report.
