1. Most recently, Dr. Colon-Kolacko served as president and founder of Global Learning and Diversity Partners, a consulting services organization that focuses on health systems.
2. She has also served as senior vice president of the learning institute and chief diversity officer at Christiana Care Health System, based in Wilmington, Del.
3. She completed a doctorate in organizational development and change from Lisle, Ill.-based Benedictine University and a master's degree in business administration from Henley Business School, University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
