Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health has selected Vicky L. Free to serve as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, it announced May 7.
Ms. Free most recently served as the senior vice president of global brand strategy, marketing and creative for Disney/ABC International. She has 25 years of experience in marketing and brand management and has also worked as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for BET Networks.
She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
In her new role, Ms. Free will be responsible for the strategic direction of all Novant Health marketing efforts.
