North Sonoma County Healthcare District, which owns and operates Healdsburg (Calif.) District Hospital, has named Nancy Schmid as its new CEO, effective May 1, reported North Bay Business Journal.
Ms. Schmid's appointment will follow her three-year tenure as CEO of Kingfisher (Okla.) Regional Hospital. She will replace Healdsburg District Hospital interim CEO George Protos, who took over after Evan Rayner resigned at the end of last year, according to the report.
