The New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals & Children's Hospitals has promoted Deborah Briggs from senior vice president to president and CEO, according to a New Jersey Star Ledger report.
Ms. Briggs previously served as senior vice president of the teaching hospital council for nine years as well as the executive director of the children's council.
