Newport (R.I.) Hospital has selected Crista Durand as president, effective Aug. 1.
Ms. Durand currently serves as vice president of strategic planning, marketing and business development at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London, Conn. Prior, she served as CFO and senior vice president of Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, Conn.
