Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia has announced Nancy Cherone as interim CEO, effective April 2, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.
Ms. Cherone will replace current CEO, Christina Fitz-Patrick. Ms. Fitz-Patrick has accepted a position as vice president of clinical operations strategies for Nazareth’s parent company, Mercy Health System in Conshohocken, Pa.
Ms. Cherone has served as Nazareth's vice president of operations since 2009. She has more than 25 years of healthcare administration and delivery experience.
