Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vt., has selected Amy Visser-Lynch, MSN, RN, to serve as CNO.
Ms. Visser-Lynch joined Mt. Ascutney, part of Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, in 2015, working over the years as director of staff education, interim emergency department manager and interim director of outpatient clinical practice. Most recently, she was interim CNO.
Ms. Visser-Lynch also has served as a clinical nurse educator at Randolph-based Vermont Technical College and Grace Cottage Hospital in Townshend, Vt., and as a staff nurse at several clinical units.
She was a clinic coach at Hanover, N.H.-based Dartmouth College and provided clinical educational and professional development support at Homestead (Fla.) Hospital, among other teaching experiences.
