Montefiore New Rochelle (N.Y.) Hospital has named Anthony Alfano the first ever vice president and executive director of the hospital, which Montefiore acquired earlier this month. His appointment is effective immediately.
Mr. Alfano previously held the position of COO and vice president of New York Downtown Hospital and was involved with NYDH's merger with New York-Presbyterian in the summer 2013. Additionally, he served on senior leadership teams at Brooklyn (N.Y.) Hospital Center and Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, also in New York.
