Boston-based Minuteman Health, a member-governed, nonprofit insurance plan, has appointed Robert Chin as chief administration and information officer.
In 1997, Mr. Chin co-founded NaviNet in Boston, which introduced a web-based platform where health insurance payers could transact with providers in a convenient manner. He has been working in Minuteman's corporate office since 2012.
