Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare Health System has named Karen Testman CFO and Rick Graniere chief investment officer, according to a news release.
Ms. Testman most recently served as senior vice president of financial operations of the health system. She previously served as CFO at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley and the Laguna Hills and San Clemente campuses of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, all three of which are MemorialCare hospitals.
Mr. Graniere also serves as corporate treasurer for the health system and will continue serving in this capacity in addition to his new position. He served as CFO of the health system for the past 13 years. Additionally, Mr. Graniere previously served as CFO of Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, as well as vice president of finance and assistant financial officer of the health system.
