Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals has named Roxana Pool as CNO for the company's Delta Division, which oversees hospitals in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
In this role, Ms. Pool will serve as a resource for clinical staff at seven LifePoint and Duke LifePoint hospitals on issues involving quality measure improvement, patient outcomes and constituency satisfaction.
Previously, Ms. Pool served as interim CEO of Hillside Hospital in Pulaski, Tenn. Prior to that, she served as COO of LifePoint's Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester for three years and as CNO for eight years. She was also interim CNO for LifePoint's Delta Division for two years with assignments at Ennis (Texas) Regional Medical Center, Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan and Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, Va.
Ms. Pool replaces Susan Peach, who was recently named CEO of HighPoint Health System in Gallatin, Tenn.
