Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals has announced the appointment of two new CEOs.
Scott Smith was named CEO of Mercy Regional Medical Center's Ville Platte, La., campus and Acadian Medical Center campus in Eunice, La.
Mr. Smith most recently served as CEO of Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Miss., another LifePoint affiliate. He has also served as CEO of Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, CEO of Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City, Miss., CEO of River West Medical Center in Plaquemine, Miss., and associate administrator of River Regions Health System in Vicksburg, Miss.
Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Ky., has selected Timothy Trottier as CEO.
Mr. Trottier most recently served as senior vice president of regional operations for Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, Ga.
