The Woodlands, Texas-based Victory Healthcare has named Leroy Bernal as COO and CFO of Victory Medical Center San Antonio, according to a report by San Antonio Express-News.
Mr. Bernal has more than 18 years of experience in professional healthcare management. He was most recently the facility finance officer of Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio, according to the report.
Victory Medical Center San Antonio hospital is under construction and scheduled to open in 2013.
