Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash., announced Jonathan Avery, chief administrative officer of the medical center, will be leaving his post, according to a report by The Columbian.
Mr. Avery will take up the position of chief administrative officer of Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, Ore., effective Jan. 6, according to the report.
