Kettering Health Network is "aggressively" looking for the next leader for Fort Hamilton (Ohio) Hospital, according to a Journal-News report.
Lynn Oswald, who has served as Fort Hamilton's senior vice president for five years, announced her resignation on Oct. 18. She is reportedly considering other opportunities within Kettering Health, but it is unclear when her decision will be made.
