Kent Hospital in Warwick, R.I., part of the Providence, R.I.-based Care New England family, named Robert J. Haffey, MSN, RN, president and COO, effective Sept. 10.
Here are four notes:
1. Mr. Haffey comes to Kent Hospital from Springfield, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System.
2. At Crozer-Keystone, he serves as president of Drexel Hill, Pa.-based Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Ridley Park, Pa.-based Taylor Hospital and systemwide ambulatory care services.
3. Previously, he was chief nursing officer of Crozer-Keystone.
4. In addition to his nursing degrees, Mr. Haffey holds an MBA in healthcare administration from Eastern University in St. Davids, Pa.
