Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Healthcare has selected Craig Boyer to serve as CFO and Karen Anita-Pfaff Paul as chief talent and human resources officer, a newly created role.
Mr. Boyer, who will assume his new role July 29, has been serving as vice president of finance at Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health. He previously served as CFO of Bemidji, Minn.-based North Country Health Services, which merged with Sanford Health in 2011.
Mr. Boyer served on the board of the Minnesota chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Ms. Paul most recently served as founding principal and CEO of Kupanua Strategic Consulting before joining Kalispell Regional Healthcare in May. She previously worked at Sanford Health, serving in several leadership roles, including enterprise vice president, human capital strategy. She has more than 20 years of HR and employee relations experience.
