Johns Hopkins Medicine deputy chief diversity officer departs for pharma company

Eloiza Domingo-Snyder, deputy chief diversity officer and senior director of diversity and inclusion at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine, is leaving for a new job opportunity.

Ms. Domingo-Snyder will serve as executive director of diversity and inclusion at Astellas US, a pharmaceutical company. It is a newly created role at the company.

In her previous role at Johns Hopkins, Ms. Domingo-Snyder led diversity leadership programs across all of the health system's medical facilities and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Formerly, she was a consultant and department lead for diversity and inclusion at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Ms. Domingo-Snyder received the 2017 Senior Executive award from the National Association of Healthcare Executives. She was also named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World by the Filipina Women's Network.
