Indiana University Health in Indianapolis has named William McConnell Jr. as senior vice president and CIO.
Most recently, Mr. McConnell served as president and CEO of FlowCo, a start-up company in Indianapolis. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management in St. Paul, Minn., and as a member of the Boston Scientific executive committee.
From 1998 to 2007, Mr. McConnell served as vice president and CIO of Guidant Corp. in St. Paul. From 1990 to 1996, he held the position of senior vice president and CIO of Resort Condominiums International.
