Indiana's Dearborn County Hospital CEO to Retire

Executive Director and CEO Peter V. Resnick of Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Ind., has announced his plans to retire, effective May 2012, according to a hospital news release.

Mr. Resnick, who has served at the helm of DCH for the past 19 years, also serves as president of the Board of Trustees of Health Services Corporation of Southeastern Indiana, a subsidiary of DCH. Prior to joining DCH in 1993, Mr. Resnick held top level positions at hospitals in Maryland and West Virginia. He also served as a CEO for a major consulting firm specializing in hospital reorganizations.

In preparation for Mr. Resnick's retirement, the hospital board will work with a national search firm in its selection of a new CEO.
