Chad Towner was appointed CEO of Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw, Ind.
Mr. Towner began his new role on Nov. 21, according to a news release. He had served in the position on an interim basis since September.
Previously, Mr. Towner served as CEO of Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind., from 2010 to 2016.
Lutheran Kosciusko and Dupont are part of Fort Wayne-based Lutheran Health Network.
